When your company has outgrown both its brand and its website, I redo them together: a new brand identity, and a website designed from it and built in Framer or Webflow. It all starts with learning your product properly, so the brand looks like what you actually do, not like everyone else in your category.

What you get

The understanding. I read your documentation, talk to your team and learn who the buyer is and what they compare you to, until I can explain what you do back to you in plain words.
The strategy. What the brand and the site say, to whom, and in what order, written down and agreed before any visual work.
The identity. A logo or wordmark with the lockups you need, typography, a color system checked for accessibility, and the graphic elements that hold it together.
The guidelines. A Figma library your team and anyone you hire later can follow: type scale, color tokens, spacing and components that carry straight into the site.
The launch assets. Two pieces that take the brand beyond the site, such as a deck template, a one-pager or social templates.
The design. Page designs in Figma for desktop and mobile, made from the new identity rather than fitted to it afterwards.
The site. A responsive Framer or Webflow site with reusable components, a CMS for the content that changes, and forms wired to your CRM.
The parts nobody sees. Fast load times, clean metadata and social previews, alt text, a sitemap, and redirects from the old site.
After launch. Three weeks where I fix anything that turns up, and a walkthrough so your team can run the site on its own.

Recent works

Scailium. An AI infrastructure company that has raised $160M, with a brand and a WordPress site that no longer matched it ahead of a new investment round. I rebuilt the positioning around one idea, AI factories working at enormous data scale, and designed the new identity and the Framer site from it.
Hurricane Labs. Cybersecurity sites tend to speak in dark screens, locks and threats. Hurricane Labs wanted to feel calm, so I built a bright system, custom illustrations that explain monitoring and incident response, and pricing organized around ways of working instead of a list of plans.
Nature Sacred. A foundation behind 200 healing green spaces, with a huge old website. Together with Matter+Dash we redesigned it into a sleek site built around storytelling, with scroll animation that paces each story and a map that turns the crowded East Coast into a tidy column over the Atlantic.
I designed and built all three sites, and Scailium's identity along with its site. None of them look alike. I don't copy and paste - your needs decide how the brand and the site look.
"Roman was communicative, efficient, and agile. He was able to adjust our site according to evolving needs, and met deadlines along the way." — Haley Regan, Hurricane Labs

How I work

I share my opinions. If I believe some ideas won't hold up, I'll say so early, while it's still easy to change. You'll approve the strategy, the identity and the site design before the next step starts, so there are no surprises at the end. I'm easy to reach and quick to reply.
A typical project takes about ten weeks: the first two go to understanding your product, initial ideas and the identity, the next four to design, and the rest to building, quality control and launch. The thinking takes the most time; the build is the quicker part.
I'm a Webflow Premium Partner and a certified Framer Expert. I lead the work; my team helps with production.
"He is highly professional, attentive, and truly takes the time to understand your needs." — Jessica Bendahan

What I need from you

Time with the people who know the product, any documentation you have, your current site and brand assets, and anything the brand has to keep. Access to your Framer or Webflow workspace when the build starts, and a site plan when you're ready to launch.

If this isn't quite it

Only need the identity? See Brand Identity. Happy with your brand and only need a new site? See Framer Website — Design + Build or Webflow Website — Design + Build.
Not sure what you need? Send your current site, your brand assets and a link to your docs, if you have them. I'll come back with my questions.
