When the product has moved on and the brand hasn't, I design a new identity: logo, type, color and guidelines your team and developers can use as they are. I learn your product before I draw anything, so the brand looks like what you actually do, not like everyone else in your category.

What you get

The understanding. I read your documentation, talk to your team and learn who the buyer is and what they compare you to, until I can explain what you do back to you in plain words.
The strategy. What the brand has to say, to whom, and how it should stand apart from your competitors, written down and agreed before any visual work.
The identity. A logo or wordmark with the lockups and favicon you need, typography, a color system checked for accessibility, and the graphic elements that hold it together.
The applications. The identity on a homepage hero, a deck slide and three social templates, so you see it working before you roll it out.
The guidelines. A Figma library your team and anyone you hire later can follow: type scale, color tokens, spacing and components, set up so a Framer or Webflow build can use them directly.
The handover. Logo files and exports in one organized folder, and a walkthrough so your team uses the brand the same way from day one.
"He is highly professional, attentive, and truly takes the time to understand your needs." — Jessica Bendahan

How I work

I share my opinions. If I believe some ideas won't hold up, I'll say so early, while it's still easy to change. You'll approve the strategy before any visual work, and the direction before I develop it, so there are no surprises at the end. I'm easy to reach and quick to reply.
A typical project takes about five weeks: the first goes to understanding your product and initial ideas, the next three to the identity, and the last days go to the applications, guidelines and handover.
I lead the work; my team helps with production. I also design and build websites, so the guidelines come ready for whoever builds yours.
"Roman was communicative, efficient, and agile. He was able to adjust our site according to evolving needs, and met deadlines along the way." — Haley Regan, Hurricane Labs

What I need from you

Time with the people who know the product, any documentation you have, your current logo and brand assets, and anything the brand has to keep.

If this isn't quite it

Need a new website as well? See Brand Identity + Web Design + Build. Happy with your brand and only need a new site? See Framer Website — Design + Build or Webflow Website — Design + Build.
Send your current logo and a link to your site and docs, if you have them. I'll come back with my questions.
