Process

1. Initial Consultation
Objective: Understand the client’s business needs and key metrics.
Discussion: During an initial call or email exchange, we’ll discuss the client’s goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and specific metrics they want to track (e.g., sales, customer feedback, operational efficiency).
Dashboard Tier Selection: Based on the complexity of the client’s needs, we’ll confirm whether the Basic, Standard, or Advanced plan is the most suitable.
2. Data Collection
Objective: Gather the necessary data sources for KPI tracking.
Client Input: The client provides the relevant data for the dashboard. This could include Excel files, CSV exports, or other data sources like financial reports, CRM exports, or web analytics.
Data Review: I review the data to ensure it is clean and suitable for analysis. If data is incomplete or requires further organization, I may suggest simple improvements or ask for clarification from the client.
3. Dashboard Design and KPI Selection
