  HR Professional provides an outline of the current state of Human Resource knowledge at the organization HR Professional provides an overview of ongoing HR needs they have over the next 2-4 weeks client provides overview to align on the scope of ongoing support that the HR Professional will provide to address this need

• Step 1: Ongoing Support

  HR professional delivers ongoing support according to the determined outline Weekly check-ins to ensure support is being offered as agreed upon by both parties

• Step 2: Training & Offboarding

  HR professionals provide any relevant training to the Volunteer Manager to help them continue work or answer their own questions, where appropriate, after 4 weeks

• FInal Handover

  offer final Support may include: hiring, compensation & benefits, HR policy & procedure, performance management, and/or workplace culture
