Summary

An update to one HR policy or procedure, such as one relating to standards of conduct, work schedules, leave policies, termination policies, safety & security, anti-discrimination policies, termination policies, work-from-home policies, etc., or the development of a new HR policy or procedure. These will then be included in our employee handbook.
With the policies and handbook in place, clarity about the organization's standards for employee communication and conduct will help everyone understand our expectations as an organization and alleviate the stress of having to explain and set standards down the road when it is often too late.
