• What is included in the package?

  The BTS & Event Recap package includes behind-the-scenes footage, edited recaps, and social media content.

• How long does the editing process take?

  It varies. For small events, it can take up to a week to deliver the final edited videos. The final estimation of when you can expect your content will depend on event size and be confirmed upon the initial assessment call. If there is a rush deadline, arrangements can be made for an additional fee.

• Do you offer on-site support?

  I will not have any staff available to assist on-site during the event outside of the duties in the agreed-upon contract.

• What equipment do you use?

  There is an array of equipment used. I use high-quality cameras, phones, microphones, and along with different lights.

• Can you handle live streaming?

  Yes, but that will be at an additional cost. I can livestream on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. However, the steams will take place on the channels provided by the client.

• Can I provide my own content ideas?

  Sure you can! This all about what you want. It's your event and I will do my best to accommodate your ideas and requests. All ideas can be presented up until 48hrs before your event to ensure I have enough equipment and coverage for a successful event!

• Can you create social media graphics to accompany the videos?

  The videos will include light editing and some graphics, but other than that all graphics will be left up to the behalf of the client.

• What is the cost of the package?

  The pricing begins at $1200 for small events up to 4 hours long. After that price varies. Message me for more info with your specific event details (including size, location, duration, and type of event).

• What is the contract term?

  The contract is in effect from the initial payment until the complement of deliverables + ! edit. Additional costs will be incurred if specific equipment is required to be purchased or additional people are hired.

• Can I cancel the contract at any time?

  The cancellation policy is as follows: The client has up until 72 hours before the event to cancel for a full refund. Between 72 hours and 48 hours, there will be a 50% refund. There is no refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the event.
