Can you give a detailed explantation of your process?
Week 1: Initial Consultation and Needs Assessment ➡ Consultation: First we schedule a detailed consultation to understand the client's business, goals, target audience, and specific social media needs. Then, I analyze existing social media presence, identify gaps, and determine how our services can best align with their objectives. Then comes the Proposal: We present a customized proposal outlining the services included in the Essential Engagement Package and the associated fees. Once the client agrees to the terms, we provide a detailed contract outlining the scope of work, payment terms, and intellectual property rights. Week 2: Content Creation and Strategy Development ➡ Content Brainstorming: I collaborate with the client to understand their brand voice, messaging, and target audience preferences. ➡ Content Calendar: I create a comprehensive content calendar, scheduling posts, reels, and stories throughout the month. ➡ Hashtag Research: I conduct thorough research to identify relevant and effective hashtags that will increase the reach of the client's content. ➡ Content Creation: Our creative team develops high-quality posts, reels, and stories that align with the client's brand and messaging. Then we move into the Approval Stage (this is YOU) ➡ Review: I present the created content to the client for approval, ensuring it aligns with their vision and brand standards. ➡ Scheduling: Once approved, I schedule the content according to the agreed-upon calendar. Week 3-6 (Ongoing): Community Management and Engagement ➡ Daily Monitoring: I actively monitor the client's social media account, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. ➡ Engagement: I foster a positive and engaged community by initiating conversations, sharing relevant content, and participating in online discussions. Week 6: Monthly Performance Reporting ➡ Data Analysis: I track key metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and follower growth. ➡ Reporting: I provide a detailed monthly report summarizing the performance of the client's social media campaigns and offering insights into areas for improvement. ➡ Goal Setting: I work with the client to set new goals and objectives for the upcoming quarter. ➡ Strategy Refinement:I propose changes or refinements to the strategy based on the insights gained from the performance analysis. Throughout the entire process, I maintain open communication with the client, ensuring their satisfaction and providing ongoing support. I strive to build a long-term partnership based on trust, collaboration, and results.
Can you speed up the timeline?
Sure can! If you wish to get content posted before the first two weeks, there is a QuickCreation option for an added price.
How long do I have to approve the final content schedule?
You have ONE WEEK beginning from the first message asking for final approval. I will send a follow-up message the next business day, and then a final message one day before the deadline. If you do not approve the final calendar within the deadline, the content will either not be posted OR posted as is. The client will choose at the beginning of the contract which option they prefer should they miss the deadline. NOTE: Final approval covers small changes and corrections, not full rehauls.
What is included in your package?
All content creation, 20 minutes of daily community management, monthly analytics, and Instagram strategy development.
How often will you post on my social media accounts?
The frequency of posts, reels, and stories are based on the final content calendar and approval of the client.
Do you handle paid advertising?
This package does NOT include paid advertising services.
How long does it take to see results?
While we all want overnight results, we can never guarantee it. Results can vary depending on the season, platform changes, and the client goals. However, most people tend to see results within 2-3 weeks for improvements in engagement, reach, and follower growth!
Can I provide my own content ideas?
ABSOLUTELY! Bring any ideas to our initial meeting. Then as they continue to come to you, I will also provide an ongoing content bank where you can add your ideas. Client input is incorporated into the content creation process all the way up to final approvals.
Can I add or change any content after final approval?
Once the content schedule is finalized and scheduled out, I do not allow any more changes/additions unless under special circumstances. If any changes or additions are made after the final content is approved/scheduled, an additional fee will be incurred.
Do you use stock images or original content?
Yes and Yes! While I always prefer clients provide their own images, BUT it's not a requirement. If an image is needed I have access and licenses to many image sources if you are unable to provide one. As for original content when it comes to graphics, that's what I'm here for! But if you are looking to add client-specific original content such as branded images and a content shoot those are not included but can be discussed for an additional fee.
Do you monitor my social media accounts 24/7?
No. I average 20 minutes of community engagement daily between 10am-7pm EST. However, if you only want me to engage on certain days that can be arranged.
What is the cost of your package?
The Essential Engagement package is $2500. Extra community management, additional content/posts, or changes after finalization will include additional fees or costs. NOTE: Final approval covers small changes and corrections. Excessive changes or multiple drafts after a final approval request will result in additional fees.
What is the contract term?
The duration of the contract is 6 weeks. The first 2 weeks are the consultation, planning, and content creation and planning. The last 4 weeks are the scheduled posts, daily engagement, and monthly reports. If you wish to renew and let me know before the start of week 5, the cost is $2200 for the next month. However, if you decide to continue your contract into the following month and notify me after the start of week 5, the cost is $2500 for the next month. If you wish to discuss a longer contract, please contact me.
Can I cancel the contract at any time?
If you wish to cancel your contract before the final approval stage, the rate will be prorated. However, once the final approval process is finished or the deadline is passed, there will be no refunds.
