I'll move your store from the official WooCommerce Pre-Orders extension to Preorder Workspace, the pre-order plugin we build and sell, and set it up for you. The price includes one year of Preorder Workspace updates and support, which is $39 on its own.

Review your pre-order products, release dates, pre-order fees and payment timing, and note any pre-orders that are still open.

Install Preorder Workspace on a staging copy of your store and set up to 25 pre-order products or variations.

Place test pre-orders with your payment gateway in test mode, then check the customer emails and the My Account pages.

Agree a switch date with you and repeat the setup on your live store after you approve the staging result.

Send a short handover note that lists where each setting lives and what to check after a release.

Pre-orders already placed through the official extension are not converted. They stay there until they are released, and we plan the switch date around them.

If you charge customers when the product is released, this version can charge saved payment methods automatically only through WooCommerce PayPal Payments, and only if your PayPal account is eligible. With other gateways, customers receive a payment link when the product is released. Tell me which gateway you use and I'll confirm which way your store would work before you order.

WooCommerce Subscriptions and Bookings integrations are not included.
