• Benchmarks Presentation

  I will conduct research about similar international projects to yours. I will compare their users, functions, architecture and other relevant properties to see how they placed themselves in the market.

• Site Analysis Map

  - I will analyze the geographical and topographical properties of your site. - I will look at the neighborhood where your project is going to be situated, study the functions and relations of surrounding buildings. - I will make a comprehensive map showing the roads for pedestrians and vehicles to determine access and exit points.

• Users and User Journeys Presentation

  After the benchmarks study and the site analysis, I will determine what are the users that will be utilizing/residing your building. I will then draw you diagrammatic maps showing which user will be using your building in which way. This will enable us to determine together what are the signature experiences each user will want to have in your project.
