You will receive a map with surrounding buildings, roads, and other geographical properties to be able to see access and connection points. I will also study seasonal weather properties (wind, sun, temperature etc.) of the site.

I will listen to what do you have on mind, and work on a draft plan and 3d model. The plan will include: - Draft room locations, entrances, openings, outdoor and indoor area calculations The 3d model will include: - Massing model will have same information with the plan, plus height information. The model will give you an idea of the planned form.

This board will include images from other architectural projects that will give you the idea of materials to be used, lighting, colors etc. This will enable you to imagine easier what I have on mind for the feeling and the mood for your project.

This deliverable is optional. After we agree on the conceptual design together with you, if you chose to continue with this deliverable you will have: - 2d drawings (plans, sections, elevations) of your project in 1:100 scale. This means you will have all the information you need to hand the information to the constructor. - 3d model with 3 perspective renderings what will also have materiality information.
