Process

First we'll have a

Discovery Call

We’ll begin with a one-hour meeting to discuss your event, brand, and vision.

Together, we’ll define the theme, name, and key details of your event.

Design Concept Creation

I will develop three design options to present to you, including a mood board that aligns with your event goals.

After reviewing, we’ll refine the chosen design, with a second round of options if revisions are needed.

Visual Identity Development

Once the design is finalized, I’ll create a visual identity guideline for your event.

This includes the main artwork for digital assets such as screen displays, email designs, and Instagram posts.

Marketing Materials

We’ll create three print items of your choice (e.g., flyers, posters, invitations) to help promote your event.

We’ll discuss the details and information to include on these items.

Event Display Items

I’ll design two branded print items to enhance the look and feel of your event, such as signage or lanyards.

We’ll discuss the details and information to include on these items.

Presentation Template

Finally, you’ll receive a custom-branded Canva presentation template, allowing you to create and showcase your event content with ease.

Once the design has been finalized I can put together a 3-5 page pdf containing the visual identity for your event. This PDF will contain a primary & secondary font, color palette, and patterns.
