DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery timeframes are based on the selected service package and begin after payment confirmation. Rush, expedited, after-hours, and weekend delivery options may be available for an additional fee. Quarkixs is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, unclear, or late information provided by the client.

SCOPE OF WORK

Quarkixs will complete the services described in the agreed order, invoice, proposal, or project description. Any request that materially changes the original scope of work may require a revised quote, additional payment, and an adjusted delivery timeline.

REVISION POLICY

One standard revision is included unless otherwise stated. Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Revisions are limited to reasonable edits within the original project scope. CONFIDENTIALITY

Quarkixs will keep client information and project details confidential and will not intentionally share private client information with third parties, except as required to complete the service, comply with law, process payment, or operate necessary business systems.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quarkixs’ total liability for any order, project, claim, or dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific order involved. Quarkixs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

By submitting an order, approving a quote, completing payment, or using any Quarkixs deliverable, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
