Summary

We’ll unpack your brand experience and how your marketing is working (or not) for you. It’s important to come with an ask, even if it’s “I don’t know what’s working”. It’s helpful if we can start to identify “what is the gap I need closing here?”
My goal is to help you get clear on where you should focus your time, energy, and money.
Why? Because I’ve seen brands spend a lot of time and/or money doing things that don’t maximise their investment, which is not sustainable for anyone! These may look like:
Not focusing on the right thing in the season of the business (is it brand building time, or should we be focusing on sales, or maybe validating an idea first?)
Spending significant money on ads, hoping this will bring in the eyeballs and revenue. (Yes, but there’s other things that need to happen, too).
Investing money with agencies (I don’t hate them but many take advantage of others and don’t deliver on their grand promises).
Focused on one touchpoint, and not a holistic view (all the energy is on the product, but abandoning a workable funnel).

Customer journey and touch points - how is your audience experiencing your brand?
How you’re communicating with your audience - is it one channel, omni-channel, do you have ambassadors or influencers?
