First, let's have a quick chat so we can get to know a little about each other and about your brand needs.
Collaborative Moodboard
We will share visual inspirations to have a first feeling about what you would like to see as the outcome. This could be by email, whatsapp, or even a shared Pinterest board.
Primary Logo
Your brand needs a visual representation, and that can be demonstrated by having your brand name only, your brand name accompanied by a symbol/icon, or just an symbol/icon. It will be the first image a client sees or thinks about your brand.
Visual Elements
To have a complete visual identity, the brand not only needs a logo, but also supporting elements to go alongside, creating an entire atmosphere of the brand. These elements could be illustrations, icons, patterns, forms, you name it.
Additional Set Elements
Together with the logo and elements of the brand, the identity needs to have a determined set of details to compose a concise visual identity. It will be defined supporting fonts and it's roles, color pallet, and textures, if needed.
Documentation
With your logo and visual identity finalized, I'll send it to you, for approval, a complete presentation, showing all the technical aspects of construction of symbols or types, specification of supporting fonts, color pallets, examples of primary and secondary logos, visual elements, and mockups that fit the universe of the brand to showcase the entire identity.
Open Files + Final Files
After approval, I'll send .ai, .pdf, .png and .jpg files of each version of the logo for you to use wherever you'd like. I'll also send all elements used for the visual identity, and the font files.

FAQs
Most projects are split into two payments: a 50% deposit and a 50% final payment. For flat fee projects, Contra will request the full payment from the client, releasing the initial 50% deposit to me immediately. The remaining 50% is held until the project is completed. Larger projects can have milestone-based payment schedules. While Contra is commission-free, clients will incur a Stripe processing fee for each payment. Please note that credit card information is never stored on Contra; payments are managed securely through Stripe.
A logo project typically spans 1 to 3 weeks, while a standard brand identity package with additional collateral may extend up to 2 months. Timelines are project-dependent, and regular pulse checks will be conducted to monitor progress.
Initial discussions and concept presentations will occur through Google Meet video meetings, or if that is not possible, through email. For brief communications, email or short recorded videos will be utilized.
Of course, most of my client are not local, so, online communication is the best option.
