Process
Interview: We'll discuss your project goals and perspective on the members of the team. Communication is very important between the both of us so we are both in constant loop about the project progress.
Meeting the team; I try to build personal relationships with the team members with professional boundaries. This allows me to show empathy whilst egging them on to contributing their quote through motivation, discipline and assistance.
Dividing the project into milestones: This allows the team to take on goals one step at a time. Tasks will be assigned with each milestone so everyone gets to contribute.
Interactive Sessions: These are informal sessions that inspire team bonding, brainstorming and improve creative process. This may include celebration of member participation and games
