Summary
After running a logistics community, I have learned a lot by building a community of 13K people which 82% are students and 18% are in the workforce in the supply chain world. During my 45-minute community consultation call I will guide your company on the following:
- How to establish an online community.
- Community growth tricks and strategies to improve your community content.
- I will then follow up with key actionable steps for you and your company to take.
Once those steps have been put in place, I am happy to discuss a long-term community consultation role.
During the process of building these communities, I have developed a toolkit of tips and strategies that work for every community. These best practices + specific strategies are monumental to your companies success -- after all, if you have a great product/mission/vision, but don't have a community, you won't have success.
