Process

01. Book a call with me. We’ll start with a quick call to discuss your brand’s goals and email marketing needs. This is where I’ll get an initial understanding of your vision and what you’re looking to achieve.

02. Proposal and contract. After our call, I’ll send over a custom proposal with the best package for your brand. Once you’re happy with everything, we’ll sign a contract to kick things off.

03. Client portal and project setup. You’ll receive access to your personalized client portal in Notion, where we’ll keep everything organized. I’ll also join ClickUp (or your team’s project management system) for easy collaboration.

04. Brand discovery and audit. I’ll dive deep into your brand’s story, target audience, and current email strategy. Running a full audit of your existing email setup will allow me to identify key opportunities for optimisation.

05. Strategy and flow optimization. With insights from the audit, I’ll craft a tailored email and SMS strategy aligned with your brand and broader marketing goals. We’ll focus on optimizing any existing flows and creating impactful customer journeys.

06. Content calendar planning. Together, we’ll start building out a content calendar that integrates seamlessly with your broader marketing efforts. This ensures a cohesive, multi-channel experience that supports your launches, campaigns, and brand messaging.
