Offering personalized community engagement services as a form of customer service, with a focus on building and nurturing online communities to enhance client brand reputation and customer satisfaction.

Process

After we have agreed to work with one another we will begin preparations for me to begin working on your accounts.

I will need information on your brand identity, products or services and information on where your audience can go should they need further assistance.

I will also be asking for account details so that I can plug accounts in CMT to begin communicating with your audience.

Once our contract ends, I will pass on any information you might need to assist your community with and delete all account information.

FAQs

How many hours do you commit to responding to comments, DM's, etc.?
I will spend 3 hours doing this for 5 days a week. Times can be adjusted along with pay to compensate for less or more time needed to communicate with your audience.
Do you help grow accounts?
No. This specific packaged is simply aimed at those who need assistance in responding to their audience. Growth can occur if people start to feel more comfortable with your social presence but I make no guarantees that there will be growth in the sense of growing your presence to new people.
Will you reach out to collaborators on my behalf?
Yes. I can research new potential collaborators or interact with whoever you had in mind to work with. I will just need information in regards to the type of project you wanted to from along with any budget you wanted to utilize.

What's included

Customer Engagement
Responding to comments, DM's and private messages of your fans to help them become more informed about your products or services. Can also provide with direct contact information should the situation needs to be escalated.
Specific amount of hours.
You can expect for me to monitor responses for a minimum of three hours for five days a week. If you need more time then this, we can discuss this further along with changing the price to accommodate.
Collaboration Outreach
I will research potential collaborators that could benefit your presence and audience. I can either act as the point of contact for your collaborators or be there to help organize anything that is needed to form a contract with them.
