Process

We will conduct a discovery call so that I can be informed on your brand image, goals and brand voice.

Together, we will come up with ideas on the type of post you would like to see schedule to your account(s).

I will need account details to be able to plug in your accounts to CMT (content management tools) to be able optimize my ability to maintain content and respond to your audience.

Once the contract has ended, I will pass on any information to you that may need. All account details will be deleted from the tools that I have used to help maintain your account.

FAQs

How long will you spend responding to comments, DM's etc.?
I will spend 3 hours for 5 days in a week responding to your fans. If your community is more or less active and times need to be adjusted, we can discuss this.
How much content do you create per week?
This depends on the social media account but typically I aim between 4 to 7 materials created for one social platform. It depends on how often you prefer to post and which platforms.
Do you create UGC content?
No. I have no plans to become the face of someone else's brand. I will either use content provided by you or stock image and photos.
Do you use Adobe Products?
No. At this time, I am focusing my graphic design skills on Canva. I am not advanced enough to use Adobe for any projects at this time. If you would like to see examples of my skills, you can head to my profile and click the Instagram link.

Community Engagement
I will respond to comments, DM's and private messages. I will also reach out to collaborators to enhance your audience's experience with your brand world.
Content Creation
I will create Canva enhanced posts and videos to help your content reach your followers. This content will be created with your photos and videos or stock images and videos.
Strategy
We can come up with a strategy for both brand voice and brand awareness to help maintain your audience's attention and to utilize them to feel more comfortable with interacting with your accounts.
