Unlimited Design Requests
Each month, I'll help you refine you're design framework so that your brand is consistent in all media channels, whether print or digital. So whether you are preparing to create an ad campaign to boost or handing in layouts, I've got you covered to make your brand heard.
Brand Design Templates
You can expect to help you create different brand templates that are editable and consistent, so you don't need to worry about what designs you need to come up especially if you are boosting your visibility through content creation. This helps you lessen the burden of managing workflows the other side of marketing and focus more on the operations of your business.
Cancel Anytime
You don't have to worry if you wait for 6 months to end the contract, as you can cancel the subscription anytime. However, you will still be handled by a contract and statement of work agreement between you and the service provider. It helps us to track what works best and what's not for the two of us. No strings attached.
File Sharing Via Kiteworks Cloud Storage
Managing final deliverables should be manageable and organized. All final asset files will be created and in the Kiteworks storage folder to ensure each files are protected and secured. We don't want confidential files be targeted by hackers in our emails right?

There’s no strict limit, but I work on one priority at a time based on our agreed queue. This helps keep the quality high and the turnaround quick. You’ll always know what’s in progress, what’s next, and how soon to expect it.
Just flag it. Urgent requests can be bumped to the top of the queue when needed, and we’ll let you know immediately if a timeline needs adjusting to fit it in.
You can direct email me or upload notes of the comments you want to update in the file asset. If the file asset is in PDF Form, I highly suggest putting your notes inside the PDF, adding a note to the element inside the PDF, adding a comment, and that's it. This is the common routine for my clients I've worked with.
Yes—collaborating with your team is higly encouraged. If there’s a writer, strategist, or developer on your end, we’ll loop them in to ensure designs align with messaging and implementation needs.
It depends on the request, but most tasks are turned around within 2–5 business days, including the revisions. Bigger projects (like brand refreshes or multi-page decks) are scoped separately within the same workflow.
You can pause at the end of any billing cycle. If it happens to pause the contract by midweek of the month, projects will be put on hold until further notice is required. If you cancel, you’ll still have access to all the files we’ve created together—nothing disappears.
