How long does the branding process take from start to finish?
The branding process typically takes 6–8 weeks. This timeline ensures we have enough time to craft a thoughtful and cohesive brand identity. However, the exact timing depends on how quickly feedback is provided throughout the process. Timely communication helps keep the project on track and ensures we meet our deadlines together!
What should I prepare before booking a branding package?
Once we commence the project, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to fill out. This helps us gain a deeper understanding of your vision, goals, and brand direction. To keep things running smoothly, it’s important to have a clear sense of your business objectives, the direction you’d like your brand to take, and a readiness to work collaboratively. With your input and our expertise, we’ll create something truly impactful!
Can I request revisions after the initial designs are delivered?
Yes! The package includes two rounds of revisions to ensure the final designs align with your vision. If additional revisions are needed beyond that, they will be charged at an hourly rate. This approach helps keep the process efficient while giving you flexibility to perfect your brand.

Moodboard/Brand Visual Direction
A curated visual guide to establish the tone and aesthetics for the brand.
Primary Logo
A custom main logo designed to represent the brand.
Secondary/Alternate Logos
Versions of the logo for specific use cases (e.g., stacked, horizontal variations).
Logo mark(s)
2–3 reduced marks for the brand, which can be used for graphic elements and cases where space is limited.
Colour Palette
A defined set of brand colours for consistent visual identity.
Typography Suite
Selected fonts for both print and web use.
Brand Strategy Document
An in-depth document including voice, audience, competitive analysis, brand values, and key messaging. Includes brand guidelines, “how to” and “how not to” use the identity to maintain brand consistency.
