I'll start by performing a Coverage Test to troubleshoot key features of the app or website. If within the project scope, I'll proceed to perform exploratory and regression tests. I can also perform a usability test based on UX from a real user's perspective if required.
All I need from you is the domain-hosted url of your website or the TestFlight / AppStore / Firebase / Playstore link to your app download. I'll produce the first set of results (Coverage Test) within 5 hours to show you what's broken in your app or website.
Typically, the Coverage Test spans for 3 hours and the preliminary report with all relevant attachments are prepared afterwards in 1 - 2 hours.
What's included
Bug Reporting
You will get a bug report for each defect. Each report will detail the affected feature, bug severity, the action that triggers the bug, device & OS info, the internet connection used (e.g. Wi-Fi, LTE, 4G, etc.) and the steps to reproduce the bug. This report will be accompanied with relevant attachments.
Bug Attachments
For each bug, a marked screenshot (to highlight the bug) and/or a screencast (to show the action that triggers it) will be provided. For app crashes and page errors (i.e. 50x errors), a device/ console log will be included.
File and Media formats
Marked screenshot will be in .png or .jpg/jpeg format. Screencast will be in .mp4 format. Device/ console log will be in .txt or .log format
Usability report
A usability report elaborates user experience (UX) as an outcome from surfing (or browsing) the app / website from a real user's perspective.
This report is written in sections and explains in detail, the improvements and suggestions required to give your app or website the make-over it deserves so it can stand-out to beat its competitors. I have tested several apps, websites, identified numerous defects and can tell you there's a high chance I've tested one similar to yours. I'll show you the tweaks and perks your app or website needs to gain more traction and produce higher conversion metrics.
This usability report is prepared from a usability test (dedicated browsing sessions). It is NOT an exploratory test deliverable. Being a separate test, a usability report is prepared ONLY when a usability test has been specifically requested by the Client.
