Once we agree to work together, the client provides access to their customer support and order management platforms along with their SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). I take 2-3 days to review everything, ask any necessary questions, and then begin providing support.
What are your working hours?
For this package, I work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. If you need 24/7 support, we can discuss a custom arrangement.
How do you ensure customer satisfaction?
I have a 90% customer satisfaction rate, achieved through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-first approach. My goal is to not just resolve issues but to create positive experiences that build brand loyalty.
