Onboarding Call
Welcome to Your Design Journey! Our adventure begins with a friendly chat to get to know each other! We’ll explore your brand stories and goals, crafting a solid strategy to achieve them together. I will also be asking you to fill a little questionnaire before hand too!
Logos Design
I will create a unique and memorable logo that captures your brand's personality and becomes the cornerstone of your visual identity. This includes a variety of logotypes, such as primary, secondary, alternative, submark, and icon mark logos. (Depending on your choices)
Color Palette
A thoughtfully curated colour palette reflects your brand's tone, evokes emotions, and ensures visual consistency across all brand touchpoints. If you have a preferred palette, please share it with us. If not, I will tailor one specifically for your brand.
Typography
I will select complementary fonts to establish a distinctive typographic style. This is to ensure readability and enhancing your brand consistency.
Custom Icons (Optional)
If needed I will be creating a custom brand icons that are unique graphic elements. They will be designed specifically to represent your brand. This can be favicon or playful blobs.
Printed Material Design (x3)
I will extend your brand identity to essential stationery items like business cards, letterheads, envelopes, and more, ensuring a cohesive and professional look across all your communication materials. (You can pick any 3 of these). Additional Print Material Design can also be made at additional cost.
Canva Social Media Post Templates
I will be creating 9 social media templates ensure a consistent and professional look across all platforms. This will save your time and effort in content creation. They are made to be for easy customisations and with your branding in mind. Ensuring that your message is clear and cohesive.
Brand Mockups
Visual representations of how your brand identity will appear in real-life scenarios help you visualise its potential applications.
Revisions
While I strive for perfection in the first go, revisions can be necessary. You’ll have 2 revisions to fine-tune your project.
Style Guide or Brand Guidelines
Depending on your project's scope, you’ll receive either a One-Sheet Style Guide or a comprehensive Brand Guideline document. This outlines the rules and guidelines for implementing your brand identity, including logo usage, color specifications, and typography rules.
Optional Services
Need something extra? We can discuss additional services before starting the project and add them at an additional rate. Even if we’re midway or have completed the project, I am here to support you. Feel free to ask for any additional add on, and I will invoice you separately.
Notion Portal
For every client I will be setting up a special Notion Project Portal and share the link. This Portal will help you check up on any updates and work progress. I will also be storing any important resources and meeting notes on there!

After you purchase the service, I will kick off the process with an introduction meeting via Google Meet or through text communication—whichever method works better for you!
The entire process will take around 4 weeks, depending on the complexity and scope of the branding and the collaboration involved.
