Can I request changes to the initial brand concepts?
Absolutely! Your satisfaction is my priority. I encourage open communication and will work closely with you to incorporate your feedback and make necessary revisions until we achieve the perfect design.
How will we get started and communicate?
After you purchase the service, we’ll kick off the process with an Onboarding meeting via Google Meet and then we can communicate through text communication—whichever method works better for you!
How long does the design process take?
The entire process will take around 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity and scope of the Print Media and the collaboration involved
We live in different time zones. Will this be an issue?
Not at all! I’m very flexible! I can adjust my schedule to fit meetings and discussions at times convenient for you!

You will receive 5 variations of the print design. You can mix and match any print media you want.

Revisions
While I strive for perfection in the first go, revisions can be necessary. You’ll have 2 revisions to fine-tune your project.

Need something extra? We can discuss additional services before starting the project and add them at an additional rate. Even if we’re midway or have completed the project, we’re here to support you. Feel free to add on, and we'll invoice you separately!
Ongoing Support
My commitment doesn’t end with the delivery of the final files. I provide ongoing support to address any questions or concerns you may have as you implement your new print product.
