Build a mascot your audience can recognize, remember, and use across real brand touchpoints.
I create a distinctive character system with a clear concept, visual DNA, personality, usage rules, and a focused set of applications. This is not a one-off illustration or a collection of disconnected poses.
How the process works:
We begin with a character strategy phase to define what the mascot represents, how it should behave, what makes it visually distinctive, and how it connects to the brand’s core idea.
From there, I explore two initial directions and refine one into a complete mascot system.
What you receive:
• Character strategy and personality brief • Two initial concept directions • One refined mascot with defined visual DNA • Core expressions, poses, or transformation states • Color, shape, and consistency rules • Custom wordmark or mascot lockup • 3–5 selected brand applications • Final consistency board • One revision round
This works best for:
• Product brands that want a recognizable identity built around a character • Startups looking for a mascot that can scale across digital, packaging, merch, and campaigns • Creative teams that need a consistent character system rather than a one-off illustration • Brands that want one strong visual behavior to connect multiple touchpoints
Recent example:
BRAYD is a self-initiated mascot system for a fictional productivity ritual brand. The character is built around one visual behavior: focused time burns into completion. That rule is carried across the wordmark, burn sequence, poster, packaging, stickers, and consistency board.
The final scope is tailored to the brand. Selected applications may include packaging, social assets, stickers, campaign visuals, app icons, posters, or simple motion.
Concept and speculative work are clearly labeled. Legal clearance, trademark registration, and full animation production are not included unless separately scoped.
