👙 Swim Collection Design & Tech Pack Process

1. 📞 Initial Call & Project Quote

We’ll kick things off with a discovery call to chat about your brand, goals, and vision.

You’ll send over inspiration images or references to help me understand your aesthetic.

I’ll provide a custom quote and timeline based on what we discussed.

2. 🎨 Creative Direction

Moodboards, color palettes, and trend direction are developed to set the tone.

We’ll confirm the number of styles, drop timing, and overall collection plan.

3. ✏️ Design Development

I’ll create digital sketches with front, back, and detail views for each style.

You'll review and give feedback—I'll revise until we land on the perfect designs.

Colorways, trims, and prints are locked in during this stage.

4. 🧵 Fabric & Trim Sourcing Support

I recommend performance swim fabrics, linings, and trims 🪡 based on quality and budget.

Vendor connections and swatch guidance included!

5. 📐 Tech Pack Creation

Factory-ready tech packs include: flat sketches, BOMs, construction callouts, measurements & grading.

Print artwork and label placements are prepped and formatted for production 🧷.

6. 🚀 Development Support (Optional)

I’ll review samples, give detailed fit feedback, and update tech packs after fittings.
