The work starts with how your venue operates: what can be booked, when it is available, how long a session lasts and what staff need to do afterward. Larger projects can connect player bookings with classes, memberships, pricing rules, payments and management reporting.

The starter covers one venue, up to three courts or bookable resources and one fixed session duration. It includes weekly opening hours, blocked dates, guest booking details, a basic staff booking list and one confirmation email. We agree on one time zone and one language.

We map the reservation rules in writing, then I build a preview with representative bookings. I test available and unavailable slots, overlapping requests, blocked dates, cancellations and mobile use. After your review, I deploy the agreed release and leave the configuration and source handoff. Payment gateways, recurring memberships and financial dashboards are separate milestones.
