FAQs
What’s your process like?
We start with a discovery call to understand your business and audience. Then I map out the content flow, write the first drafts, and we go through two rounds of revisions to get it just right.
How long does website copy take?
Most projects take 2–4 weeks depending on the number of pages and how quickly you send feedback. Need it faster? Just ask.
How many pages can you write?
As many as you need. Whether it’s a one-pager or a 15-page site, we’ll figure out the right structure based on your goals.
Can you help if I’m not sure what to say?
Absolutely. That’s where I come in. I’ll help shape your message and say it in a way your audience will actually care about.
What if I want to update the copy later?
You get two rounds of revisions with your project. If you need updates months later, I’m happy to help at an hourly rate or on a retainer.
Do you do design too?
I collaborate with expert designers and developers to build websites from scratch. Having led marketing teams, I know how to work hand-in-hand with design — so the copy isn’t just well-written, it fits beautifully and functions strategically.

Working with Himani was an absolute delight. She helped us with B2B Instagram posts and brought in fresh, out-of-the-box ideas that were actually doable. Her copy hit that sweet spot. Informative without being dull. Super professional too — always on time.
