At the end of the automation testing project, the client will receive a complete and production-ready test automation suite built with the selected framework—whether Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIO, or Appium—depending on the application type and testing goals.
The deliverables will include a detailed automation test plan outlining the testing scope, selected tools, supported platforms (web or mobile), test environments, and automation strategy. The client will receive a fully structured, modular, and scalable automation framework integrated with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), complete with environment configuration files, reusable page objects or components, and centralized test data handling.
All custom-written test scripts will be delivered, covering critical user flows, regression checks, and edge cases. Executed test results will be compiled into a clear test execution report, including logs, screenshots or videos of failed cases, and detailed status reports across different browsers or devices, depending on the tool used (e.g., cross-browser testing in Playwright/WebdriverIO or real-device testing in Appium).
The client will also receive setup and usage documentation to support independent test execution, test maintenance, and framework extension. In addition, a final summary report will highlight test coverage, automation ROI, known issues, and recommendations for further improvement. A handover session or knowledge transfer document will also be included to ensure the client’s QA or development team can continue to manage and scale the automation suite confidently.
