At the conclusion of the manual testing project, the client will receive a comprehensive set of deliverables to ensure full visibility into the testing process and results. This includes a detailed test plan outlining the scope, objectives, and overall testing approach. All executed test cases and scenarios will be documented, covering both functional and UI requirements, along with a test execution report summarizing the results, including passed and failed cases with supporting evidence.
Any defects identified during the testing will be compiled in a bug report, complete with severity levels, reproduction steps, and visual documentation such as screenshots or recordings. If needed, a traceability matrix will be provided to map test coverage against the original requirements. The deliverables will also include a retest and regression summary to confirm fixes and ensure no unintended impacts.
A final test summary report will wrap up the engagement, highlighting overall system quality, key findings, potential risks, and actionable QA recommendations. Supporting materials such as test data, environment notes, and checklists will be shared, and if required, a knowledge handover session or document will be provided to support your internal team’s continued QA efforts.
