If needed, a traceability matrix will be provided to map test coverage against the original requirements. The deliverables will also include a retest and regression summary to confirm fixes and ensure no unintended impacts. A final test summary report will wrap up the engagement, highlighting overall system quality, key findings, potential risks, and actionable QA recommendations.
