Discovery - We start with a short chat or call to clarify the topic, target audience, brand voice, and your focus keyword(s). You can also share any brand guidelines, tone references, or previous content you liked.

Research & Outline - I research credible veterinary sources, skim competing blog content, and build a working outline.

Drafting & SEO Optimization - I write your 800–1,000-word blog post and optimize it for on-page SEO - including meta title, description, slug (or use yours if provided), alt text, and internal links - all while keeping the tone clear, compassionate, and conversion-ready.

QA & Delivery - Every piece is proofread, polished, and delivered in Google Docs - formatted for easy publishing and aligned with your brand voice.

Revisions & Wrap - You’ll get one included revision round (48-hour turnaround). If needed, extra revisions can be added at a flat rate.

Do I need to supply keywords or can you handle SEO?
If you have a primary keyword (and any local terms), I’ll handle the rest - metadata, alt text, internal links, and on-page SEO baked into the draft. Need help choosing keywords? I offer a light add-on for basic keyword ideas. That said, I’m not an SEO specialist - while I apply best practices in every post, in-depth keyword research is its own discipline.
What do you need from us to start?
Your focus keyword, brand voice guide (or existing site link), and any compliance notes. That’s it - I handle the rest.
