Process

Working with me is simple:
Discovery - We’ll start with a short chat or brief to clarify your goals, content themes, brand voice, and SEO targets. You can share brand guidelines, sample posts, or client FAQs - whatever gives me the clearest window into your audience.
Research & Editorial Planning - I’ll dig into relevant veterinary and pet-care sources, scan competitors, and map out blog topics or outlines (depending on how hands-on you want to be). You’ll always have a chance to approve direction before writing begins.
Drafting & SEO Optimization - I’ll write four 800–1,000-word blog posts, each optimized for on-page SEO (meta title, description, slug, alt text, internal links). Tone will match your brand voice - clear, compassionate, and conversion-ready.
QA, Delivery & Revisions - Each post is proofread, formatted in Google Docs, and dropped into a shared folder for easy review. You’ll get one round of revisions included (48-hour turnaround) to make sure it’s fully dialed in. Every doc is shared with editing access, so you can use the Comment or Suggestion features to flag anything you’d like updated.
Typical Turnaround: One post per week, delivered on a set day (e.g. Mondays). Need it faster or all at once? Just ask - I’m happy to adjust if my calendar allows.

  • What’s included - and how many revisions do I get?

    Each blog includes on-page SEO, formatting, image metadata, and internal links - fully polished and ready to publish. You’ll get one round of revisions included (48-hour turnaround), with extra tweaks available at a flat add-on rate.

  • How long does each blog post take?

    Typical turnaround is 5 business days per blog once we’ve agreed on the brief and keywords. Prefer weekly drops or a batch delivery? Just let me know - I'm flexible. Rush delivery (48 hours) available if my calendar allows.

  • Do I need to supply keywords or can you handle SEO?

    If you have a primary keyword (and any local terms), I’ll handle the rest - metadata, alt text, internal links, and on-page SEO baked into the draft. Need help choosing keywords? I offer a light add-on for basic keyword ideas. That said, I’m not an SEO specialist - while I apply best practices in every post, in-depth keyword research is its own discipline.

  • What do you need from us to get started?

    Just a focus keyword, your brand voice (or a few live content examples), and any compliance notes or must-include services. That’s it - I'll handle the rest from outline to upload-ready.
