Concept Development
First step is to come up with a concept. That process starts with an evaluation of existing brand materials, and research into the brand’s competitors, market, and target audience. Defining the core values of the brand to guide the design. Then I develop a mood board representing the brand’s style, including colors and inspiration.
Logotype or Logomark
Development of original symbols, including icons, custom lettering, or a combination of these. Design Iterations; Creation of initial logo concepts and multiple revisions based on client feedback. Delivery of the finalized logo in various formats.
Typography
Choosing primary and secondary typefaces that complement the brand’s new logo. Guidelines for font sizes, styles, and usage to maintain brand consistency.
Color texture pattern shine
Bring the identity to life by selecting a color palette for web and print. Add richness by adding textures, patterns, and photographic elements. Incorporation of any special effects or finishes that enhance the brand’s presentation.
Brand Style Guide
Logo Usage Guidelines: Rules for logo placement, spacing, and color variations. How to use the detailed logomark, and when to use an icon.
