Summary

I’m a 3D Architectural Visualizer with over 10 years of experience specializing in 3D Modeling and Rendering. I will make your 2d plans or hand-drawn sketches, and ideas and bring them to life for you to see what your project would be like in the real world.

Process

Discussion about the project and determining the client’s scope of corresponding services.

Presenting the cost, time, and required resources for implementing the project to the client.

Receiving the project’s initial documents from the client; (a) Convert able 2D plans from popular CAD programs or scanned blueprints, hand-drawn sketches with complete dimensions. (b) Clients preferred texture materials, and background files to integrate to renderings (if there’s any) (c) Sample reference images that could help visualize the clients’ ideas., etc.

Modeling the concept based on client’s preference, before the final simulation; (a) Creating 3D models out of 2D plans, (b) Adding material, texture, and lighting to the 3D model.

Presenting the client with the 3D model’s prototype and awaiting feedback; (a) Approval, (b) Revisions.

Executing final editions and quality checks.

Performing the final rendering.

Project delivery.

Note: Work duration is 1 week by default but depending on the complexity or simplicity, it could be a few days less.

Detailed 3D model in either *.DWG (Autocad), *.3DS (3D Studio), *.MAX (3D Studio Max), or special conversion to *.SKP (Sketchup) upon request.
Detailed Rendering:
Includes *Environment, *People & Furniture, *Weathering, *Multiple lighting effects (natural & artificial), *Texturing with real materials assigned.
HD file Images:
Four (4) scenes of different camera angles at 300 dpi (default) up to 600dpi (max) upon request.
