About this service

Summary

Would you like your Subdivision Plans or Site Development Plans to be more comprehensible when presenting to clients or business partners?
I can help you with that. I can transform your technical Subdivision Site Development Plans into simple-to-understand colorized renderings, which are ideal for clients who struggle to understand complex floor plans that are often cluttered with crisscrossing lines, numbers, and monotonous colors.

Process

1. Receiving the project's initial documents from the client; (a) CAD 2D plans, preferably from AutoCAD DWG file. Note: any vector format will do as long as can be converted to Corel Draw or even Adobe Illustrator format.
2. Discussion about the project determining the client's scope of work or other elements of what the client wants to project. (a) Color-coded fill.
3. Presenting the client with the basic rendered prototype without other graphics effects and awaiting feedback; (a) Approval, (b) Revisions.
4. Executing final editions.
5. Performing the final rendering and delivery.

FAQs

  • How long does it take to finish the work?

By default, I’ve given “7 days” to finish a 30 (max) acre Lot or Subdivision Plan, including revisions. Hence, a 15 acre at “5 days” and a 5 acre or less at “3 days”.

  • How much it cost?

    $75 – Lot Area up to 120,000 sqm / 1,291,669 sq ft. / 30 acres. $50 – Lot Area up to 60,000 sqm / 645,834 sq ft. / 14.8 acres. $20 – Lot Area up to 20,000 sqm / 215,278 sq ft / 5 acres.

What's included

  • The Source file in Corel Draw CDR format.

Highly detailed vectors that can be easily edited. Most of these vectors are created by using AutoCAD and Corel Draw applications. There are also some raster images that are combined with vectors. These vectors can be easily converted to Adobe Illustrator format upon request. The main advantage of using vector format is that it maintains high contrast and sharp edges in all ranges of output image sizes.

  • Ready to print Images.

High-definition images in JPG, PDF, and other raster file formats.
