This is where I get the low-down on what it is you are building. Here's where we'll dig into your vision, mission, and values. We'll come away with a set of defined target end users, a prioritized list of goals, and a desired feature list. This is also where I need any logos, branding guidelines, fonts, and images for use in the product designs. If any of those need to be created or sourced, that will require extra time and cost.

Here's where I'll dig into any research you have provided, or conduct my own. Depending on the goals and type of project this can include competitive analysis, personas, journey mapping, heuristic analysis, interviews, etc.

You will receive a report outlining the findings and insights uncovered during the research. There will also be a proposal outlining suggestions for the scope of the project. This will require discussion, feedback, and negotiation before moving forward into the iterative design phase.

A user flow diagram will be created to show the path from screen to screen, and any interactions along the way. It is CRUCIAL to get this step right, so feedback is a MUST. If we need extra assurance, user testing during the low-fi phase is an option.

Once we have an agreed-upon scope and plan in place, then I will provide sketches and low-fi wireframes of initial design concepts in clickable prototype format. These will require a round of review and feedback, as well as any iteration needed.

After a clear direction is established from the low-fi round, I'll will bring your product designs to life through the application of high fidelity design and branding (if this is not provided, then there will be extra cost for creating the branding). Feedback and iteration as needed until a final design is ready for handoff.

You'll receive your magical product design all packaged up in a Figma file for easy developer handoff, as well as any assets created/sourced for the project.
