Process

🔍 Monthly Sync-Up (Vibes & Needs) At the start of each month, we’ll do a quick check-in—what’s coming up, what needs designing, and how your brand’s feeling lately. It’s casual, clear, and keeps us aligned.

🎯 Priority Planning Based on your goals, I’ll help you figure out what to focus on first—whether that’s launching a product, updating your socials, or tweaking old assets. Think of it like your design to-do list, but handled by me.

🖌️ Ongoing Design Magic Throughout the month, I’ll create graphics, layouts, or whatever’s needed—keeping everything on-brand and consistent. You’ll get updates, previews, and room to adjust as we go.

✨ Refinements on the Go Need edits or swaps? No problem. I’ll be making sure everything hits the mark, with quick revisions built into the flow, no need to start over every time.

📁 End-of-Month Wrap-Up You’ll receive organized final files for everything we worked on + a quick recap of what got done, what’s next, and any unused time that rolls over!

FAQs

What kind of design work is included?
Anything brand-related! Social media posts, packaging tweaks, ads, pitch decks, printables, event graphics, and more. If it’s visual and supports your brand, it’s on the table.
How many hours or deliverables do I get each month?
The plan includes up to 12 hours of design work per month. That usually covers 3–5 deliverables depending on complexity—like a set of social graphics, a landing page design, or some print-ready assets. If you’re ever unsure what fits, I’ll help you prioritize so we make the most of your hours!
Will I fully own the designs?
100%! Once we wrap things up, the designs are yours to use however and wherever you want.
