A 4-week walkthrough of your current processes, aimed at changing, improving, and developing new methods to create a better, more effective post-production workflow, resulting in happier clients.
Process
1st week: We review your current post-production process and take a snapshot of your state-of-the-art setup. Communication here is key, we need daily meetings.
2nd week: We define a draft for the new way of doing things, a brand new workflow. A set of new tools (or reuse of the current ones) also is tested to be implemented.
3rd and 4rd week: The incremental implementation of new processes, tools, and conventions. I accompany the entire process to ensure it continues smoothly after my work is done.
