We arrange the scope of the project and its needs:

Deadlines: v1, revisions, final delivery

Brief (if applicable)

Brand identity pack: logo, fonts, color palette

Footage: client original footage, stock footage

Images: client originals, stock, ai

Sound: music, background, ambient, tone, sfx, etc

Color: correction, grading

Visual effects: motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, intros, outros

Technicals: aspect ratio, bitrate, fps, duration, format (if applicable)

Your video is getting baked. At this point I could come back to you to clarify something we missed or I may ask about certain stetic choice.

Revisions

First version of your video is delivered. Be aware this version it will be in low-res and probably watermarked. I usually use Frame.io for this part, but we can arrange any other tool you like.

We enter a round of revisions over the handovered versions. Communication is key here.

Delivery

Master is delivered to you. This is hi-res and no watermarks version, ready to be published.

What's included

1 Master Long form video file
One long-form horizontal video, hi-res, ready for publication. The video must be in the range of 2-15 minutes in length. We can adjust deadlines and costs if the complexity or length exceeds expectations. Video includes captions.
2 revisions
This service includes two revisions: version 1 (initial handover), followed by your revisions to produce version 2. I incorporate corrections and deliver version 2. Subsequent versions will incur a fee of $35 each. We can arrange a different fixed price if more than 2 revisions are expected.
