I have managed email marketing for over 3 years and am here to help! Our collaboration process would look like this:

In this stage, we will find out more about your goals, intentions, and audiences, and audit your current email marketing.

Once I have all the background, I will create an email marketing brief and present some research. In order to deliver great email marketing, research and engaging with stakeholders is important! In this meeting, I would like to set expectations for stakeholders and make sure you are all heard before moving forward. This meeting is where we share each other's vision and where I - hopefully - gain your approval to move forward!

In this stage, I start executing and delivering email marketing assets. I will host check-ins to make sure we are on the same page.

After an email marketing campaign, I will collect data and present it to you to see what we can tweak and further discuss our collaboration!
