Framer and Shopify are both great tools until a business outgrows their limits — Framer's CMS and component system max out fast for content-heavy sites, and Shopify themes get expensive and rigid the moment you need custom logic. I migrate sites from Framer or Shopify into Webflow, rebuilding the design pixel-for-pixel (or improving it along the way) while restructuring the underlying CMS collections so the new site is actually easier to run day to day, not just a like-for-like copy.
The process starts with a structural audit of the existing Framer or Shopify site: what content types exist, what's duplicated, what's hardcoded that should be dynamic. From there I rebuild in Webflow using a clean Client-First naming system for classes, set up Webflow CMS collections that map to how your team actually thinks about content (products, categories, blog posts, case studies), and recreate or upgrade any custom interactions using native Webflow interactions or lightweight custom code where Webflow's defaults fall short.
What's included: a full audit of the current Framer or Shopify site and a migration/structure plan before any building starts, a pixel-accurate (or improved) Webflow rebuild with Client-First class naming, Webflow CMS setup that mirrors or improves your current content model, and a recorded handoff walkthrough so your team can edit pages, add products, or publish blog posts without needing a developer for every change. If the site includes e-commerce, I also map out how Webflow Ecommerce or a headless checkout integration replaces the Shopify checkout flow.
