2. Define (problem statement, goal statement)
3. Ideate (competitive audit, rapid sketching)
4. Prototype (user flow, site maps, paper & digital wireframe)
5. Test (usablity testing)

Each process will be used as a guide to create a user friendly and an experience that makes the users to complete their task on the website.

The hero section of the website can be used as a marketing tool to drive traffic to the site for awareness and social media campaigns. i can also design for you templates for email awareness for users to know you are onboard.
