A design retainer is an ongoing service where you reserve a set number of design hours each month for your business. I’ll handle all your design needs within that time frame.
We’ll discuss your typical design needs during the discovery call to determine the right number of hours to keep your projects running smoothly.
Social media graphics, marketing flyers, digital ads, website banners, business collateral, merchandise design, and more—excluding presentation design and infographics. If you need a rebrand or a website design service, this will NOT be included in this monthly retainer service as we have a separate service to get those done for you!
Yes, you can adjust your monthly hours if your design needs fluctuate—just let me know in advance.
Any unused hours will not roll over, so it’s important to use them during the month.
I’ll continue working on overage hours, and you’ll receive a separate invoice for any additional time at the end of the month.
I always refer to your brand guidelines and previous work to ensure all designs align with your brand’s style and tone.
Yes, any work beyond your selected hours will be charged at the agreed hourly rate and invoiced at the end of the month.
You can send design requests via our client portal where you'll be able to see the progress of it, and I’ll keep track of the time spent on each task throughout the month.
Just give me two weeks’ notice, and we can wrap up any ongoing projects before ending or pausing the service.
We offer monthly rates locked in for a minimum of 3 months and month-to-month options for flexibility.
Revisions are included within the agreed hours, and I work with you to ensure the designs meet your needs.
Typically, I aim for a 1-3 day turnaround, depending on the complexity of the request and the number of hours booked. The larger the project, the longer the turnaround time and I'll always give you an estimated time of completion for those.
Yes, as long as it fits within your booked hours, I can work on multiple brands under your umbrella.
Absolutely! We'd be happy to do white-label design services for you and your clients.
