A message on WhatsApp at twenty to nine, with nobody at reception. It reads what the person needs before it reads what they asked for.
"Hurting badly since last night" is an emergency, not a routine check-up, whatever words come after. Urgency is decided first, so a painful case can never be filed as something that can wait until next week.
Then it offers three real times, today's if it is urgent, mornings if she said mornings, and holds the first one until she replies. She answers with 1, 2 or 3. No app, no login, no account to create.
After that four messages go out on their own, on the channel she used: a reminder the day before, another an hour before, a nudge half an hour after a no-show, and a review request two hours after the visit, while it is still fresh. R reschedules and the slot goes back in the diary. Cancel once and the rest of the chain stops by itself.
If she never gave a phone number, it asks for one in the same message.
Built on n8n. The same flow runs for a dentist, a garage or a salon; what changes is the list of services and the diary it holds.
You get the flow built and tested on your own accounts, a short video of it working, and the source handed over.
Adapted to your business, with one round of adjustments included. Anything past a small adjustment, like a new channel, integration or feature, is quoted separately before any work starts, so the price is never a surprise.
