Goal: customers scan a QR code, browse your menu and order from their phone, without installing an app.
For InKanteen, a canteen ordering platform, I built the QR ordering menu frontend and the full-stack catering and merchant dashboard apps.
Starter: a mobile QR menu on your existing menu API, up to 3 views, linking to how you take orders today. No new order system.
Standard: one location, up to 5 views, item options, cart, totals checked on the server, order submission, a staff queue for up to 2 roles. Payment is marked manually.
Advanced: up to 7 views, 3 staff roles, a preparation and status flow, and one existing payment provider or receipt printer, not both.
Not included: several branches, native apps, refunds, accounting reconciliation.
Done when:
on a phone the menu shows your items; from Standard a test order reaches the staff queue once, with the right total;
in Advanced, the status flow and the payment or printer link work in a test setup;
you have the source, checks and setup notes.
Packages: Starter $250, Standard $950, Advanced $1,650.
