Larger projects could take two to three weeks, like web/app design or brand identity packages. I will always give you an approximate time frame up front.

• How many revisions are included?

  Up to three revisions are included with every project to make sure you are happy with the finished result. If more revisions are required, they can be requested for an additional cost.

• What files will I receive at the end of the project?

  You will receive high-resolution files for every project that are appropriate for print and the web. Depending on the specifications of the project, these may include formats like PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG, or EPS.

• Can you work within my existing brand guidelines?

  Without a doubt! I will make sure that every design adheres to your established branding, if you already have brand guidelines. I can draft guidelines for you as part of a branding package if you do not already have any.

• Do you offer rush delivery?

  Yes, I do offer rush delivery for an additional fee. Please let me know if you need a design quickly, and I will try my best to meet your deadline.

• Do you offer custom packages?

  Yes, I can create custom design packages based on your specific needs. I will provide you a customized quote after we talk about your project, regardless of whether you need a combination of services or something more specialized.

• What happens if I'm not satisfied with the final design?

  My goal is always to deliver work that exceeds your expectations. If you’re not satisfied with the initial designs, I offer revisions to make adjustments. Till you are satisfied with the outcome, we will work together.
