  Turnaround times vary depending on the scope of the project, but most designs (like logos or social media graphics) are delivered within 5–7 business days. Larger projects could take two to three weeks, like web/app design or brand identity packages. I will always give you an approximate time frame up front.

• How many revisions are included?

  Up to three revisions are included with every project to make sure you are happy with the finished result. If more changes are needed, they can be asked for at an extra expense.

• What files will I receive at the end of the project?

  For each project, you’ll receive high-resolution files suitable for both web and print. These can include formats like PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG, or EPS, depending on the project requirements. Upon request, I can also send the source files.

• Can you work within my existing brand guidelines?

  Absolutely! If you already have brand guidelines, I’ll ensure that all designs stay consistent with your established branding. I can draft guidelines for you as part of a branding package if you do not already have any.

• Do you offer rush delivery?

  Yes, I do offer rush delivery for an additional fee. Please let me know if you need a design quickly, and I will try my best to meet your deadline.

• Do you offer custom packages?

  Yes, I can create custom design packages based on your specific needs. Together, we can discuss your project and I will provide you a customized quote, whether you require a combination of services or something more specialized.

• What happens if I'm not satisfied with the final design?

  My goal is always to deliver work that exceeds your expectations. If you’re not satisfied with the initial designs, I offer revisions to make adjustments. We will work together until you are satisfied with the outcome.
