⚡️Discovery & Creative Direction
We begin with a focused consultation to align on your brand’s vision, audience, and competitive landscape. Through a strategic questionnaire and guided exploration, we'll craft a clear positioning statement, define your ideal audience, establish voice principles, and outline strategic design pillars - all packaged into a focused strategy guide that informs every creative decision to follow.
⚡️Moodboard & Visual Direction
Two distinct moodboard options are developed, presenting unique creative directions. You’ll select one to set the foundation for your brand’s look and feel.
⚡️Logo Suite Design*
Up to three initial concepts are created, leading to a refined final logo suite that includes:
a Primary Logo as the core of your brand identity, a Secondary Logo for flexible applications, a Submark for compact spaces, and a Favicon to establish a strong web presence.
Color Palette*
A cohesive color system will be created comprising your brand's primary and secondary colors, along with corresponding digital and print values, and suggested pairings to maintain visual harmony
Typography*
A curated font system, including selections for headings, subheadings, and body text will be proposed, accompanied by usage examples. Recommendations may feature both free and premium fonts; procurement of paid fonts is the client's responsibility. A comparable free alternative will be provided if a premium font is suggested.
Brand Elements*
Custom-designed assets such as patterns, icons, or curated branded imagery that enhance and complement your brand's visual identity
⚡️Brand assets Handover
Delivery of finalized assets in multiple formats (e.g., PNG, SVG, PDF) suitable for immediate use both in print and digital mediums.
🔥 Brand Manual + Brand-in-Use
A comprehensive Brand Manual document will be provided to ensure consistent application of your new brand identity across all platforms, detailing appropriate use of all elements of the new branding - logo suite, typography, colors and brand elements. The Brand Manual is supported by a carefully crafted set of Brand-In-Use mockups showcasing the branding's application in real world scenarios, both digital and in print

Items marked with an asterisk (*) include up to 2 rounds of revisions based on your feedback, ensuring the final designs align with your vision.
FAQs
You will receive 2 moodboard concepts, that may include photography, typography, graphic design samples and colors. These will be used to set the mood and tone of the project, identify the creative direction in which the project will be moving. The moodboards are custom made to suit your brand, it's message, positioning and the target audience. Moodboards are custom researched for each individual project. You will be free to choose your preferred option from the 2 provided.
You will receive 2-3 logo design concepts. These may be hand-drawn or digital drafts; from which you will be able to choose your preferred option and provide feedback, upon which the concept chosen will be adjusted and improved to be finalized.
Your existing brand elements are welcome. For example, it can be a pre-existing logo that needs improving or your preferred font or color. All will be taken into consideration when crafting your new visual identity.
These can be patterns, brand icons, graphics or photography. For example, you might need a pattern for your wrapping paper; icons to represent your specific product or service or your product's photoshoot professionally edited. Up to 5 units of graphics is included into this package. Any additional elements after the 5 unit mark can be developed for an additional hourly charge.
The final package will include files in various formats such as vector (AI or EPS), PNG (with transparent background), and/or JPEG.
During the revision rounds, you can provide feedback on the initial concepts, and I will make necessary adjustments to align the logo with your vision. If you require more than the included two rounds of revisions, additional revisions can be provided at an added cost. This ensures that you are completely satisfied with the final design.
For the initial consultation, it's helpful to have a clear understanding of your brand vision, target audience, and any specific design preferences or inspirations. The more information and context you can provide, the better I can tailor the initial concepts to suit your brand's unique identity.
