The foundation of everything I do as a Notion Creator & Strategist is rooted in the understanding that every person is different in their way of thinking, creating, and operating and therefore the most efficient system that will have the greatest impact is one that is custom-made specifically for them. This is way I always start my projects with an in-depth questionnaire and strategy session so that I can get to know your needs, goals, workflows, structure, etc. as best as I can and start building from there.
Notion Workspace Setup (6 Pages & Templates)
The next step consists in putting together a custom-tailored workspace that will give you, your team, and clients a streamlined structure that will enhance efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.
We’ll build up to 6 tailored Notion pages, such as client portals, task and project management boards, finance trackers, content calendars, and analytics dashboards—designed around your unique needs and brand identity.

Your workspace will integrate with the tools you already use (i.e. Honeybook, Dubsado, Slack) to streamline your processes and keep all your important data in one place. We’ll automate repetitive tasks and manual data entry, freeing you up to focus on more important, creative work.
Data Migration
All your current data will be smoothly transitioned into your new Notion workspace, making sure nothing gets lost along the way.
20 Day Post-Build Support
The team will receive extensive onboarding, including tutorials and SOPs, so everyone understands how to fully utilize the workspace. Additionally, for one month after the build, teams have access to support to troubleshoot any issues or make adjustments, ensuring a smooth transition to the new workspace.
